Data Deletion

1. Disconnect the Account

An authorized operator can remove the professional account from Autogram. This disables the account's Autogram workflows and removes the platform's stored connection credentials and account configuration from active use.

2. Remove Access in Meta

The account owner may also review and remove the app connection from the relevant Meta or Instagram account settings. This revokes future access granted through the platform authorization flow.

3. Submit a Deletion Request

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Autogram data deletion request”.
  2. Include the Instagram professional account username and enough information to verify that you own or are authorized to manage the connected account.
  3. Specify whether the request concerns the full connected account record or information associated with a particular interaction.
  4. Do not include passwords, access tokens, login codes, or unrelated personal information.

4. Request Processing

GetMyPage will review the request, may ask for limited verification information, and will delete or anonymize information under its control unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or another legitimate operational obligation. A completion response or an explanation of any retained category will be sent to the requester.

5. Scope

This process covers information stored by GetMyPage and Autogram. It does not delete information held independently by Meta, Instagram, the professional account owner, or another third party.
