Terms of Service
GetMyPage is a technology provider operated by Brasileira S.r.l., headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Autogram is a GetMyPage software product that helps Instagram professional account owners and their authorized teams manage user-initiated interactions.
1. Use of the Service
The service may only be used by people or organizations that own, manage, or are authorized to operate the professional accounts connected to the platform. Users are responsible for configuring workflows that comply with Meta and Instagram policies and applicable laws.
2. Account Authorization
Instagram professional accounts must be explicitly connected through Meta's authorized login and OAuth flow. The account owner reviews the requested permissions in Meta's interface. GetMyPage does not request the account owner's Instagram password and does not access accounts that have not authorized the app.
3. Messaging and Comment Workflows
Autogram is designed to process eligible user-initiated interactions, including direct messages, story replies, and comments on media owned by connected professional accounts. It must not be used for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, scraping, fake engagement, or activity that violates platform rules.
4. Data Use
Account, message, and comment data is used to maintain authorized account connections, route interactions, apply the account owner's configuration, prevent duplicate responses, provide operational reporting, protect the service, and troubleshoot delivery. 5. Security
Access tokens and sensitive configuration values are stored outside public pages and are subject to technical and organizational safeguards. Users must not share credentials, access tokens, or private service access details with unauthorized parties.
6. User Responsibilities
Users remain responsible for the content and configuration of their workflows, for obtaining any necessary rights or consents, and for ensuring that their use of the service is lawful and compliant with platform policies.
7. Disconnection and Data Deletion
Authorized operators may disconnect an account when the service is no longer required. Requests relating to stored account data can be submitted using the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
8. Service Availability
The service may be updated, paused, limited, or discontinued for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited or terminated if the service is used in violation of these Terms, platform policies, applicable laws, or in a way that creates security, abuse, or compliance risks.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
