• Professional account profile information made available through authorized Meta APIs, such as account ID, username, and profile image.
• Authorization data required to maintain the connection to the professional account.
• Eligible direct messages, story replies, comments, sender identifiers, and related event metadata required to execute configured workflows.
• Automation settings, response content, trigger rules, media references, timing, and account-level safeguards configured by authorized operators.
• Delivery, error, security, deduplication, and aggregated engagement records used to operate and troubleshoot the service.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to connect authorized professional accounts, process eligible inbound interactions, send configured responses through official APIs, prevent duplicate delivery, display operational analytics, secure the platform, diagnose failures, and answer support requests.

4. Platform Data

Meta platform data is processed only for the functionality authorized by the connected account owner and the permissions granted to the app. GetMyPage does not sell message or comment data and does not use it for unrelated advertising, profiling, or resale.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be exchanged with Meta to provide the requested API functionality and may be processed by infrastructure providers used to host, secure, monitor, and support the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties.

6. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide authorized functionality, maintain security and operational records, resolve support issues, comply with legal obligations, and enforce platform safeguards. GetMyPage applies technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect authorization data and operational information. Sensitive values are not embedded in public pages. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Choices and Requests

Authorized account operators can disconnect an account when access is no longer required. Account owners and individuals may submit a request concerning stored information by following the Data Deletion instructions or contacting the address below.

9. Updates
